1. Risk-inform waste class -Limited to waste classification tables 1&2 of 61.55 -Apply ICRP Pub 103 (ICRP, 2007) -Add uranium to waste classification tables 2. Comprehensive Revision -Revise entire Part 61 regulations -Includes both existing and emerging waste streams 3. Site-specific Waste Acceptance Criteria -Adopt site specific WAC for each facility -No waste classification tables 4. International Alignment -Adopt IAEA GSG-1 recommendations -Includes a new category of exempt waste -No waste classification tables 5.
