8 Dublin Airport Staff – Influences on modal choice 40% of staff have children. Ryanair (63%) and SSP (57%) employ highest amount of foreign nationals. (84% and 85%, 2008) 9% of DAA staff are foreign nationals. (8%, 2008) 51% of staff live less than 10km from work (60%, 2008) Average commute to Dublin Airport is 28.8 minutes Foreign nationals have a higher tendency to take the bus to work. Those aged 35 or over or those who have children are most likely to drive to work.
