3 Order of Operations We can use the mnemonic device, “Perfectly Excellent Math Answers,” to help us remember the order of operations. Perfectly – Parenthesis Excellent – Exponents Math – Multiplication and Division from left to right Answers – Addition and Subtraction from left to right
