WHO? EXISTING STAFF – Rick Booth – Master HVAC with 37 years experience. - Terry Boutwell – 43 years experience as an electrician. - Greg Snyder – 15+ years experience as an electrician. - Josh Skidmore – 5+ years experience as an electrician.
2 CONTRACTUAL WORKERS FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT ESTIMATED AT 350 HOURS (8-9 WEEKS) PAY RANGE $15 - $20 PER HOUR (BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS) $10,500 - $14,000
AIRCON – Jason Pannone - Licensed PE - assistance in project management. - engineered the project. - assist with technical aspects of the project.
WHEN? AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHER PROJECTS WILL BE PUT ON HOLD. OTHER MAINTENANCE REPAIRS BE PUT ON HOLD IF NOT CRITICAL.
OTHER PROJECT POINTS SELL THE OLD BOILERS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT. SCRAP METAL AND SALVAGE PIPE. ENERGY CREDITS FOR MORE EFFICIENT EQUIPMENT.
