3. About the area Kobe is one of the major cities in the western part of Japan, and is located almost in the center of Japan and faces to Osaka bay. Kobe has the atmosphere affected by the modern foreign cultures as one of the major international port for about 150 years. Kobe is famous for its harbor view and its night view from Mt. Rokko as well as “Arima Onsen (Arima hot spring)“ in the Mt. Rokko. You can also expect various kinds of delicious international food as well as “Kobe beef”.
