2 Clinical investigators (CI) 200620072008 Mean52%50%45% Approximately what percent of your patients with Stage II colon cancer receive adjuvant chemotherapy? Practicing oncologists (PO) 200620072008 Mean46%42%34%

3 Phase III randomized study of oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium and fluorouracil with or without bevacizumab in patients with resected Stage II colon cancer FOLFOX + bevacizumab FOLFOX Eligibility Stage II (T3-4, N0, M0) with paraffin- embedded tumor specimen available * Patients are stratified according to disease stage (IIA versus IIB), microsatellite stability status (microsatellite stable [MSS] or microsatellite instable [MSI]) and presence or absence of heterozygosity at chromosome 18q. Patients deemed to be at high risk based on these molecular parameters are randomly assigned to one of two treatment arms (arms I and II), whereas patients at low risk are assigned to arm III. High risk* R Observation Protocol ID: ECOG-E5202 Target Accrual: 3,610 (Open) Low risk*
