Ohio State, Cincinnati, Miami Univ.)

12 COLLEGE: Public vs. Private Do not rule out schools because you believe they will be too expensive. Many times, after you receive scholarships and grants, public and private schools end up with a very similar cost.

14 #4 APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES Many opportunities to learn a trade jfs.ohio.gov/apprenticeship/ Can make a good income

15 #5 NCAA/NAIA Clearinghouses determine athletic eligibility at the college level. If you plan to participate in a sport, that is an NCAA or NAIA school, this online application is a requirement. Apply after your senior year schedule is set. There is a fee to process your application.
