2 AMENDMENTS 11 (1798) INDIVIDUALS CANNOT SUE A STATE IN FEDERAL COURT

3 AMENDMENT 12 (1804) 1. The ELECTORAL COLLEGE SHALL MEET IN THE SENATE AND VOTE 2. THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTING FOR THE PRESIDENT AND THE VICE PRESIDENT WILL BE ON A SEPARATE BALLOT.

4 MORE AMENDMENT 12 (1804) 3. THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE SHALL SIGN AND SEND THEIR BALLOTS TO THE V.PRESIDENT WHO SHALL COUNT THE BALLOTS IN FRONT OF BOTH HOUSES. 4. IF THERE IS NO MAJORITY THEN THE HOUSE WILL ELECT THE PRESIDENT

6 AMENDMENT 14 (1868) 1. AMENDS BILL OF RIGHTS SO THAT RIGHTS APPLY TO STATES NOT JUST FEDERAL ACTIONS 2. ALL PERSONS BORN IN THE U.S.A. ARE CITIZENS OF THE U.S.A. 3. NO STATE SHALL ENFORCE A LAW THAT WILL TAKE AWAY RIGHT OF THE CITIZENS

7 MORE AMENDMENTS NO STATE SHALL DEPRIVE ANY PERSON OF LIFE, LIBERTY, PROPERTY, WITHOUT DUE PROCESS 5. NO STATE SHALL DENY TO ANY PERSON WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION THE EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAWS 6. ALL PEOPLE WILL BE COUNTED, NO ONE WHO WAS IN REBELLION AGAINST THE U.S. CAN HOLD OFFICE

8 AMENDMENTS 15 (1870) THE RIGHT TO VOTE IS EXTENDED TO AFRICAN AMERICANS REGUARDLESS OF FORMER SERVITUDE

9 CONGRESS CAN TAX INCOME FROM ANY SOURCES (Amends Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3 and Article 1 Section 9 Clause 4) AMENDMENT 16 (1913)

10 AMENDMENT 17 (1913) U.S. SENATORS WILL BE ELECTED BY THE VOTERS OF THE STATE THEY WILL REPRESENT

11 AMENDMENT 18 THE MAKING, SALE OR TRASPORTING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PROHIBITED (OUTLAWED AND ILLEGAL)

12 AMENDMENT 19 (1920) THE RIGHT TO VOTE IS EXTENDED TO WOMEN
