Focus towards Self-Sustainability & Future Employment Topics: * Hands-On Training * Self Defense * Soft Skills * Week-end professional training for Student’s Mother * Employment to under privileged girl’s Parent through the School

3 Standard 8th to Standard 12 th - Hands-On Training with Stipends WHAT? Hands-On Trainings: * Wood work * Tailoring * Pottery * Electrical Wiring * Gardening, Organic farming * etc., Stipends to be given to the students for their work. Advantages: * When the kids are getting paid while studying, their parent will support it. * Learning new skills for themselves for survival and to earn money. * Government will also be benefited by selling the products manufactured by the students.

4 Standard 8th to Standard 12 th - Hands-On Training with Stipends HOW? Hours: 60 minutes, Weekly 3 days MondayTuesdayWednesdayThursdayFriday XXX

5 Standard 8th to Standard 12th - Self Defense WHAT? Self Defense: * Judo or Karate * Mixed martial arts Advantages: *Safety on their own hands *Makes Girls Physically and Mentally Strong

7 Standard 8th to Standard 12 th - Soft Skills WHAT? Soft Skills: * Team Work * Communication (Spoken English, Presentation skills, etc.,) * Problem-solving skills * Creative thinking (Creativity is as important as Literacy) Advantages: Statistics proves that soft skills is more important to get a job and to retain it. Get Jobs easily Will be a good citizen

9 Week-end professional training for Student’s Mother - Fees for the professional programs Subsidized by Government. WHAT? Week-end professional training for Student’s Mother: * Professional training programs Subsidized by Government Advantages: * Community get to know the school better. * Self sustainability will be improved * Bondage between student and parent will be increase * Some skills can become a FAMILY work and they can earn as a family

10 Employment to under privileged girl’s Parent through the School WHAT? Employment of Girl’s Parent through school: * The student of the Girl’s parent can be employed with some government programs if they are sending their girl student to the school regularly and if they are below the poverty line. * Preferably Mother of the student. Advantages: * The parents will have the security which will help the girl student to come to the school regularly
