If you choose not to Filter program models, all of your program models will display. The screen will refresh and the filtered program models will display under the Select Program Models to Share section of the screen. Notice that the program models have filtered based on the 2006 Community Plan Year. Only Program Models for the 2006 Community Plan Year display. 6.Click the checkbox to the left of each program model funded by the Virginia Department of Health. 7.Click View to see more information about a particular program model. 8.Click Add to List.
