10 (RAP) DWR- Likely endorse our region Time line: *Ours was the 3rd of 46 interviews they have planned. Currently plan the interviews to go through July 9th. * Will report on the RAP Process near the end of July. -Public comment period after that. *Announce their formal RAP decisions in early September.

11 RAP Important Themes - Consensus Approach - Developing sub-regions - Ability to rank projects - Developing “Regional” projects Challenges DACs Match-25%

12 (RAP) Funding- 10% of funds will go to DACs statewide Draft guidelines for Prop 84 should be out in the very near future. They are working to get final Prop 84 guidelines for Prop 84 out in early September; timing the RAP announcement and guideline release purposefully at the same time. They would likely get the final Prop 84 guidelines out regardless of the funding situation just to get it done. They are working on an IRWM Plan standard update and long term plans for the IRWM program. There is currently no authorization for providing bond funding, so the timing of funding projects is unknown.
