12. (RAP) Funding- 10% of funds will go to DACs statewide Draft guidelines for Prop 84 should be out in the very near future. They are working to get final Prop 84 guidelines for Prop 84 out in early September; timing the RAP announcement and guideline release purposefully at the same time. They would likely get the final Prop 84 guidelines out regardless of the funding situation just to get it done. They are working on an IRWM Plan standard update and long term plans for the IRWM program. There is currently no authorization for providing bond funding, so the timing of funding projects is unknown.
