10 10 Federal Aviation Administration HNL FSDO Briefing January 10, 2012 10 Special Emphasis Items/Events Annual Honolulu Maintenance Mega Conference –This year will be our 15 th Mega Conference to date –Involves both GA and Air Carrier mechanics/IA’s –Many of our industry pilots, CFI’s and military attend –Requires coordination with numerous vendors in attendance who conduct presentations and product displays –IA’s receive credit toward their IA renewal –A&P student mechanics receive school credit for attendance
