12. The Guidance Department will mail an official transcript, school profile, and the required/requested recommendations to the college. Please note: The Cranston West Guidance Department requires 15 school days to process a completed application (e.g. for Nov 1 deadline materials need to be submitted by Oct 11) Applications are triaged according to the application deadlines and then by the date received in guidance
