22. MANDALAS Get a partner Coachee tells coach a five to seven minute story about something that is troubling them. Coach may ask clarifying questions (but does not coach at this point). Coach draws what they are inspired to draw in the mandala circle. No censoring or editing. Put aside when done. Switch and repeat. AFTER both have told stories and each coach has done a drawing, take ten minutes each to interpret the drawing. Coach hold an open space and be curious. Client’s job is to make meaning of what coach drew.
