13. Clear Communication is Key Consider the order to "Secure the Building". When the Marines get the order, "Secure the Building", the Marines go into the building, capture everybody, put guns in the windows and doors, and nobody gets in or out. The Building is Secure. When the Army gets the order, "Secure the Building", the Army sets up a perimeter around the building, nothing gets in or out of the building. The Building is Secure.
