 For the Western side of Oregon I would live with my mom in Ontario Oregon the expenses would be very low because, financially my family supports me.

 Housing would not be a problem I would live with my parents and they will not charge me rent, or housing bill as long as I am attending college. They want me to pay my college expenses first.

 Utilities for me to pay is my cell phone and internet. With my cell phone I would  only need to pay the basics minutes and text messages which is in a range to up to 60 dollars.  I would next need to pay internet. Internet is necessary for doing homework from school  and for entertainment. Internet cost is around forty dollars. In total the cost would be Seventy-five dollars.

 For food I would have to eat home to save up on college and not spend on going out  to restaurants or fast food places. I would need to buy grocery's to eat at home only.  A variety of fruits, vegetables, juice, milk, pasta the basics. To buy a little of everything  i would need at least $260.00 dollars.

 Transportation, i already have a car and i would only to pay insurance, and gas.  Regular trips would be from my house to school which is not that far maximum 2 miles.  So in all i would need to pay $425.00.

 I love going shopping and especially on clothing so i would defiantly spend around 100 dollars monthly.

 Since I do not have health insurance I would have to pay my own which is about sixty dollars in all.

 I hardly go out, and for entertainment I usually just rent my movies or go out to eat there is not many places to go out in Ontario. So it is much easier to not spend too much.  that is normally at a range of $50 dollars expense.

 I usually buy a lot of hair products, or make up products which is very expensive  so I would spend around a budget of fifty dollars.

 Living with my parents I would not need to buy any miscellaneous except basic things I want like bed sheets, computer desk.  window drapes for my room there is really not that much i need to spend on.  the amount I would need to spend is very low like fifty dollars.

 With a student loan to get an associates degree is about 80 dollars monthly.

 My savings rate would be 10 percent making it  One hundred and eight dollars monthly.

 My monthly expenses would be $1,265.00 and annually i would spend $15,180.00 plus federal expenses  would be $2,448.00 plus $1,589.00 so i would need annually a salary of 19,217.00

 On the Eastern side of Oregon I would love to live in Portland. Although I know  I would struggle because, i would live on my own due to not having the same  financial support from my family since I would live far from them.

 I would definitely need to get an apartment first if I were to live in Portland.  Apartment in Portland is so expensive so i would need $810.00.

 my utility bill would be so high. $315.00. I would need to pay my electric bill, heating bill especially because  the weather is cold most of the time. Plus i need a cell phone which is around $65.00 and plus internet  which is $45 dollars.

 Food cost will be very high for me. I would need to have a combo of food from home  and restaurants and fast food. Portland offers a variety of food places to go to.  Especially Asian food in which I love, I would probably spend $365.00 dollars.

 Portland buses that go everywhere in Portland so I would not need a car.  Taking the bus would lower my transportation cost monthly to only $100.00.

 Portland has clothing stores on every corner so hard for me to ignore and I love  updating my closet. Raising my monthly expenses on clothing to 150.00.

 Health care would be the same since I do not have health insurance and I would monthly  pay $60 dollars.

 for entertainment my monthly expense would probably go up to $125.00. Portland has so many choices for entertainment clubs, movie theaters, and much more I would be more likely be going out more often.

 For personal care what I would spend monthly would go up as well. In Portland  there is nail salons, hair salons and gyms everywhere. I love getting my hair done and my nails as well and since the weather is gloomy outside i would rather workout at the gym.  so in total monthly i would need 100 dollars.

 My miscellaneous expense will have to go up since I would need to get my own  materials for my apartment. Such as cups, plates, sofas a television, kitchen table and i would need a grand total of $250.00 per month. Until i have every necessaryitem.

 I would still would need a student loan to get my associates degree. that would  be a $80 dollars monthly expense.

 For savings i would probably be at a 5% mark which would be $118 dollars monthly.

 Living in on the eastern side of Oregon in Portland would be way out of my budget.  I would need two jobs and balance school which would be way to hard. Trying to stay on a certain budget would be incredibly hard since there so much to do in Portland.  The monthly expense is $2,437.00 and I would need to pay federal taxes and state taxes which is $5,603.00 plus $3,306.00 making  a annual salary in need of $38,585.00.

 I am more likely to chose to stay home with my parents here in Ontario and go to Treasure Valley Community College.  The budget is perfect and I can go to college part time and have a job on the side and do good every month and afford the necessary things and not be struggling like I would in Portland. I would able to save money and have extra to go out.
