2. 2 A Relevant Question  “Lord, to whom shall we go?”  Why is this question so relevant?  Because some are not true believers  Some will betray Jesus – Judas  Some will deny Jesus – Matthew 26:35  Are you personally steadfast & strong?  Is the church steadfast and strong? 3. 3 A Searching Answer  What does Peter’s answer mean?  The unthinkable options :  Would you go back to your former way of life?  Would you go back to the secular ideologies of our day?  Would you go back to false religions and false religious leaders?  Would you go back to dead moralism? 4. 4 A Bond to Jesus  Have you believed on Jesus as your Savior?  Are you truly united to Him through the miracle of the new birth?  If so, then a threefold cord binds you to Him.  There is no where else to go.  True satisfaction can only be found in Christ.  You know too much to be faithless.
