3 We value partnering with you to maintain a safe TU TU community Your safety is a shared responsibility and our primary concern Campus Safety Services is composed of many dedicated and highly skilled individuals working together Safety is Our Priority

4 Pennsylvania-certified sworn police officers patrol the campus on foot, in vehicles, and on bikes Security officers monitor building access, direct inquires, observe and report safety issues to appropriate personnel Our Team

5 In our communication center, dispatchers multitask to: Monitor various computer systems simultaneously Utilize an integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system directly linked to the Philadelphia Police Communication Center’s CAD system Reply to service requests and emergency calls Deploy emergency personnel Our Team

9 Weapons and drug use are prohibited on university premises Valid identification must be presented to enter Temple residential living areas and most university buildings Be aware that after all your hard work and studying you may want to go out and have fun Staying TU Safe

10 Use the buddy system – go out and come home with your friends Keep in mind - possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages are regulated by state laws and university policies Be mindful that alcohol affects your decision-making so watch out for each other and watch what you drink Staying TU Safe
