Behavior Based Interviewing Sample questions: 1. Tell me about a time that you disagreed with a supervisor or a co-worker. How did you handle this? 2. Tell me something you have done in your career that you are proud of. 3. Tell me about a time you when you had to persuade an individual to change their behavior. 4. Tell me about a time you received praise. 5. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult resident/customer. 6. Tell about a time when you had a satisfied customer. Someone who is better off because of the service you provided.
