LTA Report Center The LayThisAway Report Center allows you to run ad-hoc queries and generate reports in a number of formats:.PDF – Abobe PDF format.XLS – Microsoft Excel 2000 – 2003.XLSX – Microsoft Excel 2007+.RTF – Rich Text Format for Microsoft Word.CSV – Comma Separated Values for Excel or other databases

3. LTA Report Center The Report Center button on the Dashboard allows you to quickly and easily perform ad-hoc queries or generate summary or detailed reports on all your Layaways and interactions with the LayThisAway system.

4. LTA Report Center Clicking the Report Center button on the dashboard will display a list of available Report Types: Layaway Summary Reports The Layaway Summary Reports page allows you to perform ad-hoc queries and generate downloadable reports on your Layaways. Layaway Summary reports include all of the information on a Layaway except the individual products or services that have been placed on layaway. Use the Layaway Detail Reports to include layaway items.

5. LTA Report Center Clicking the Report Center button on the dashboard will display a list of available Report Types: Layaway Detail Reports The Layaway Detail Reports page allows you to generate detailed "drill-down" reports on your layaways that include all of the details for the layaway including the details on all of the products or services associated with the selected Layaway.

LTA Report Center Clicking the Report Center button on the dashboard will display a list of available Report Types: ACH Transaction Reports The ACH Transactions Reports page allows you to perform ad- hoc queries and generate downloadable reports on all of the ACH banking transactions associated with your LayThisAway account. This includes details on layaway payments, escrow transactions, LTA transaction fees, and all credits or debits to your account performed by LayThisAway including your monthly Merchant Membership fees.

Layaway Summary Reports All of the Report Center reports have a menu bar at the top that provides quick links to the various report pages available and a link to the Query and Report Tutorials that provide detailed help and tutorials to help you get the most out of the advanced reporting features on the LTA website…

8. Layaway Summary Reports When you move your mouse over the Query and Report Tutorials menu item in the menu bar, a dropdown window displays links to the detailed tutorials that examine all of the features and capabilities of the LTA Report Grids…

11. The Layaway Detail Report page provides a detailed view of your Layaways including the items that have been placed on Layaway. To view the Layaway Items, click on any button on any row to expand that row… Layaway Detail Reports

12. When you export (download) a Detail Report, the system will automatically expand all of the rows allowing you to see all of the Layaway’s details and the items that have been placed on layaway… Layaway Detail Reports

13. ACH Transaction Reports The ACH Transaction Reports page provides detailed reports and query capabilities for all aspects of your ACH (Automated Clearing House) banking transactions. These transaction reports include: Layaway Payments – Payments made on a Layaway via the LTA System Membership Payments – Payments made by you for your LTA Membership Transaction Fees – Fees paid by you or paid to you for ACH transactions

14. Report Center Summary Almost all of the grids on the LTA website provide similar ad-hoc query and report export capabilities.
