Some Facts About ICLEI In June of 2012 ICLEI partnered with Mikail Gorbachev in the Climate Change Task Force Gorbachev was and still is very much a Communist as are the vast majority of people in the UN. The first 14 leaders of the UN were Communist. Gorbachev pronounced “In October 1917 we parted with the Old World, rejecting it once and for all. The principles in the ICLEI Charter are verbatim the same principles stated in the Earth Charter (written by Gorbachev, Strong, Rockefeller) ICLEI is not the only NGO. J Gary Lawrence (Seattle Planner and member of the PCSD) The Future of Local Agenda 21 in the New Millennium a report from 2002 explains the conspiracy: “In the case of the U.S., our local authorities are engaged in planning processes consistent with LA21 but there is little interest in using the LA21 brand. Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society such as the National Rifle Association, citizen militias and some members of Congress. This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21. So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”
