6 Financial Information  Franchise Fee: $35,000 for single unit; reductions on multiple units  Royalty: 5% - 4%  NMF: 1% -.5%  Minimum Financial Requirements: Net worth: $200,000 Liquidity: $50,000 Must also be able to cover 12 months’ of living expenses  Gross Referral Fee: $20,000 for single unit; 57% of Franchise Fee for multiples or region

7 Sales Process with Prospect  Prospect is called within 24 hours of lead receipt  Initial Overview Call  Send Franchise Brochure  “Day in the Life” call  FDD & FDD review  Franchisee Validation Calls  Discovery Day  If approved, send Franchise Agreements  Close the Sale
