19 RtII / Student Assistant Program (SAP)  Pennsylvania Act 211 (mandate)  SAP Certified Core Team  Four (4) RtII Leadership Team Members are trained and certified to meet the SAP Core Team mandate  Identification of students experiencing issues with alcohol, dangerous substances and behavioral health issues  RtII Leadership Team meets to identify students, design RtII behavior plan and progress monitor  Linkage to community and/or school-based services  RtII Level 3 Intervention is applied when necessary

24 Allows administrators to view dashboards of multiple locations dependent on their permissions. Allows administrators to mirror another users dashboard. Allows administration of another user’s dashboard.

25 Administrator Dashboard Pie chart displays the percent of student with and without plans. Click on a pie piece and the system will display the list of students in that category.

26 Administrator Dashboard New search feature allows user to search for plans with various plan criteria. Ability to view Eligible students from the dashboard Ability to view administrator’s plans

27 Student Search Results Search results will display students with their current eligibility and active plan(s) Results can be further filtered using the dropdowns available Click Reset All Filters to start a new search

28 Plan Search Results Search results will display plans; listing serviced areas and students Results can be further filtered using the dropdowns available Click Reset All Filters to start a new search

29 Administrator Dashboard Displays “Tasks for this week” for the administrator Student names are listed with each plan

30 Administrator Dashboard Displays meeting for plans this week. This replaces Initial team meeting tasks. Additional data listed, location, case manager to contact, and students involved.
