2 2 A hardware and firmware upgrade that provides the VPL-VW1000ES with some of the same functionality as the new VPL-VW1100ES. Additional features that will be enabled are; HDMI 2.0 terminal acceptable up to 4K / 60P ( YUV 4:2:0 / 8 bit) signal 4K up scaling function suitable for ‘Mastered in 4K’ Blu-ray discs from Sony Pictures External RF transmitter / Wireless HDMI units can be compatible What is the VW1000ES Upgrade Service?

3 3 2 – Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a letter from PrimeSupport which includes a telephone number or E-mail address to contact and a registration key (You can change the delivery address when placing the order if you want to send the letter to different place) 3 – When the customer receives the letter they should contact to PrimeSupport by telephone or E- mail with the registration key 4 - Prime support will arrange for a courier to collect the projector. 5 – It will be sent to the factory to change the main board, update the firmware and send it back to the customer. 4 Further Information 4 *Some geographical locations outside the EU, may cause shipment delays which will result in a longer completion time. PrimeSupport Helpdesk The multilingual (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish) support team are available Monday to Friday 09:00- 18:00 CET (Central European Time), excluding Local National Holidays. Hardware Upgrade We will collect the projector from an agreed location and aim to perform the upgrade within 5 working days and then return it to the agreed address*. The parts and labour costs required to perform the upgrade are covered under the PrimeSupport agreement, subject to the standard terms and conditions. Logistics Units can be collected from and returned to any address within mainland areas of EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. Exclusions We do not offer de-installation or re-installation services for this projector.
