4 What are emergency action plans (EAP)?
It is plan for management of a specific child potential emergency in the classroom setting. See this do that - prescriptive Lay man’s language and friendly Should align with policies and procedure of the school district.

10 What information can I share with school staff?
Chapter (2)(d) – “Pupil records shall be made available to persons employed by the school district which the pupil attends who are required to hold a license and other school district officials who have been determined by the school board to have legitimate educational interest, including safety interests in the pupil records.

12 Situation A 14 year old, Danielle with Von Willebrand Disease is new H.S. student competing on the girl’s swim team. The students has passed the WIAA physical exam for swimming participation. History of swimming since the age of 8. Last year, qualified for state participation in the years of age 100 m breast stroke. Danielle is on continuous birth control with no menses in the last 3 months.
