Were you amazed at the amount of sugar found in your favorite drinks? Here are some tips to make better beverage choices: Choose water, diet, or low-calorie beverages. If youre pregnant, water is the best choice. Carry a bottle of water with you to keep hydrated all day. Fill your fridge with bottles of water, rather than sodas. Drink water with your meals. Add a splash of 100% juice to your sparkling water to make your own flavored water. Try getting the smaller size soda to limit your sugar. Add water to high sugar juice drinks.
