3 Snake facts Snakes are reptiles. There are about 3000 species of snakes in the world. And 375 of them are venomous.

4 This is a picture of a venomous snake its a rattle snake.

5 Were do snakes live The king cobra lives in forest Other snakes live in rivers holes rocks water grass lands and caves Some snakes can live in Asia,Europe,North America,Africa,Australia and North America.

6 Snake Jaws Did you know that snake jaws are not together that means that snakes jaws are not hooked up at the back of their mouth and that makes it possible to eat big meals bigger than their heads. Snakes have tubes at the bottom of their mouths the tube comes out to get air when the mouth is full.

7 Snake fangs Did you know that only poisonous snakes have fangs and the non- poisonous snakes dont have fangs but they have teeth

8 Did you know? Did you know that a python can swallow a full size deer whole. This is a picture of a Burmese python.

9 Did you know? Did you know that snakes are thin reptiles they have no legs they slither on the ground. Did you know that there are 4 types of snakes in north america that has poisones bite they are the Copper heads,Coral snakes,Rattle snakes and the water Moccasins.

10 Snakes natural predators!!!!!!!!!!! Snakes natural predators are larg birds wild boars mongoose raccoons fox cyotes even other snakes.

11 What were Snakes used for Chinese would use snake skin for there medicine. Some snakes were used for oil in china. Some snake skin is used for clothes shoes and boots.

13 Water Snakes!!!!! Water Snakes are non-venomous. The harm full water snake will eat birds and small mammals and would feed on fish and frogs. Water Snakes can climb and they rest on branches.

14 Hawaiian snake Did you know that the Hawaiian snakes real scientific name is the Ramphotyphlops Braminus.

15 Cobras. Cobras diet is rodents birds and other snakes. There is not only the cobra there is the king cobra. This is a picture of a cobra.

16 Tiger snake. The tiger snake was found in southern and eastern Australia. The tiger snake is venomous and if you threatened or disturbed they will attack.
