Providers need to send to with: a) Contact name, and phone number of person responsible for batch files for your organization b) Do you need CMBHS Online access in order to validate test results? 2. 18 Daily Data Dump Files The current CARE system provides registration, diagnosis, adult uniform assessment, and child/adolescent uniform assessment data in each providers EDTS systems RDM folder on a daily basis (Monday through Friday). Each file contains all records that were updated (lastup_dt/lastup_tm) since the last file for the center was extracted. DSHS is developing the same functionality in CMBHS. –Does anyone use the data currently provided by CARE? –If yes, is anyone opposed to these being in the same Xml format as the batch files coming in from providers for the adult uniform assessment and child/adolescent uniform assessment data? 18
