The REQUEST they made IN their pursuit

The REASON they make FOR their pursuit

integrity Proverbs 11:3 – “The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.” Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity Proverbs 19:1 – “Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.” Proverbs 20:7 The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.

Proverbs 3:9 -“Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase” Malachi 3:8 – “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.”

Exodus 20:3 – “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”

seek those things which are above Colossians 3:1-2 - “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”

Do all things without murmurings and disputings Philippians 2:14-15 – “ Do all things without murmurings and disputings : That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world”

2 Timothy 3:1-5 - “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Hebrews 12:1-3 – “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”

2 Timothy 4:6-8 – “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”
