ACTION: Understand and manage the Army Awards Program CONDITIONS: Given AR , Military Awards, extracts of completed DA Forms 638, DA Form 2-1 (PQR), and class notes STANDARDS: Manage the Army Awards Program and review award submissions via DA Form 638 for accuracy and completeness IAW AR Outside the classroom, your performance standard will be 100% accuracy; within this course it will be obtaining a passing score on an exam of this material.
