Left hand on the lap. - Right hand moves on the left channel – palm open, from Left Mooladhar -Up the Left Channel (crossing over to the right at the Agnya) -Onto the top of the head. -Make 3 circles – in a clockwise direction around the Sahasrara. Then Offer to the Fire (as a mark of request, we offer it to the Fire and not throw into the fire).

8. How do we recite? For each Deity, he first Mantra will be taken in full and thesubsequent ones to be taken as the short mantra.
