Global Warming By Daniel Htwe

Introduction the Earth's temperature has risen by 1 degree Fahrenheit in the past century, with accelerated warming during the past two decades, there is strong evidence that most of the warming over the past 50 years is attributable to human activities. Human activities have altered the chemical composition of the atmosphere through the build-up of greenhouse gases – primarily carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide.

How it occurs Global Warming occurs when green house gases build up in the earths atmosphere – mainly carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide. Most of the contribution is by humans burning fossil fuels.

Where it occurs The maps shows where global warming is produced mainly. The red parts indicate the main areas that contribute, the orange areas contribute moderate bits, and the yellow and green not so much contribution to global warming

Damage global warming is causing 1. Global warming has great effect on crops and weather conditions around the world. The northern hemisphere contains more land area than the southern hemisphere, and conversely, a lower percentage of the world's oceans. Since oceans absorb more heat than land areas, it is not surprising that most climate models predict faster heating over the northern hemisphere than the global average. In addition, models predict faster temperature increases at higher latitudes. If global warming trends continue, high temperatures everywhere in the US may reduce US agricultural productivity.

Management Today, action is occurring at every level to reduce, to avoid, and to better understand the risks associated with climate change. Many cities and states across the country have prepared greenhouse gas inventories; and many are actively pursuing programs and policies that will result in greenhouse gas emission reductions.

Interesting Facts There are many new interesting facts surfacing about Global Warming. In July, NASA scientists reported that the massive ice sheet that blankets much of Greenland is thinning around its edges. If all of this sheet were melted, which is also a prophecy contained in the I AM America Freedom Star Map, it could raise the world sea level by 21 feet. According to William Krabill, “All around the perimeter, there’s significant thinning. There’s less ice up there.” Krabill is a project scientist for arctic ice mapping.
