10. Be sure to check… Appropriate prefix for your campus library No spaces between prefix and vendor PURL That prefix/PURL combo works from computer not on your campus network That instructions are included as to correct UN/PW combo to use.

11. Be aware that… Different Vendors call PURLs different things A PURL that works great on campus may not work for off campus students You will need to adjust the prefix of your PURL for the audience (strictly your campus or visiting students?)
