1

2 1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them' 2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.

3 3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever... Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's. 4. Enjoy the simple things.

4 5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. 6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

5 7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge. 8.Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

6 9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next country; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is. 10. Tell the people that you love them, at every opportunity.

7 AND ALWAYS REMEMBER : Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

8 And if you don't send this to at least 8 people – who cares? But do share this with someone... We all need to live life to its fullest, each day!!

9 Don’t make decisions when you are angry.

10 Don’t ever take away someone’s hope, it may be all they have to hold on to.

11 Be careful of those who have nothing to lose. Take care of your physical body. Don’t pay for a job until it is finished.

12 Learn to say “no”, but do so with kindness and caring. Don’t expect life to be fair. Don’t be worried about losing a battle, if this helps you win the war.

13 Don’t put things off. Do what is needed to be done in the moment. Contemplate the dawn hours at least once a year.

14 Don’t be afraid of saying, “I don’t know” or “I am sorry”. Contemplate the dawn hours at least once a year. Look into the eyes of people.

15 Treat everyone as you would like to be treated.. Loneliness is a state of mind. You don’t need other people to love yourself. There is nothing good or bad in life, it is all about choices…So choose wisely.

16 Live in the moment. Don’t rush ahead… There is much to taste of life in the “now”. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You’ve come to this life to learn all about who you are. So enjoy the experience. Always tell the truth.

17 Don’t believe all that you hear and don’t say all that you think. Learn to listen, it is an art. Much of your growth as a person will come through hardships and challenges. Embrace those and know you will be better, stronger and wiser because of them.

18 Life is all about energy. Try to feel it around you, through you and in you. Distinguish the positive from the negative. Don’t get out of control at any time, breathe deeply. Enjoy the beauty of this Earth all around you. Choose your partner well, for there is derived a lot of happiness.

19 Meditate at least thirty minutes a day. Nurture and maintain your friendships Enjoy times of rest. There are no coincidences and no accidents in life. Everything big and small is for a reason. Pay careful attention.

20 There are those things in life that can never be recaptured: the spoken word, time passed and opportunities. Live more in your heart and less in your head. You have a right to be happy! Do one thing at a time and do it well. Ged rid of hatred and bitterness, they do you more harm.

21 Love your body. It knows what you think. From your emotions spring health or illness. Send yourself positive thoughts all the time.. Be thoughtful and careful what comes out of your mouth since with those words you create your reality. One day you will look back over all that you did in this life and you will die with laughter…

22 IF YOU DON'T READ THIS TO THE VERY END, YOU HAVE LOST A DAY IN YOUR LIFE. AND WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED, DO AS I AM DOING AND SEND IT ON.

23 Do you realise that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about ageing that you think in fractions.

24 'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!' You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five! That's the key

25 You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.

26 'How old are you?' 'I'm going to be 16!' You could be 13, but hey, you're going to be 16! And then the greatest day of your life....... You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony. YOU BECOME 21... YESSSS!!!

27 You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40.... Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone

28 So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.

29 But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would!

30 But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour- dumpling. What's wrong? What's changed?

31 You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you HIT Friday, October 09, 2015Friday, October 09, 2015 !

32 You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn't end there Into the 90s, you start going backwards; 'I Was JUST 92.'

33 Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. 'I'm 100 and a half!' May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!
