(e.g. time / attendance / knowledge of software) The factors that might have affected how well I completed my presentation are: My attendance, My time, and my knowledge. These all could of affected how well I completed the presentation because, my attendance isn’t very good which means that I don’t have a lot of time in and out of lessons, plus my knowledge isn’t very good because of my attendance.

1.6Why did you use PowerPoint to make your presentation? What other software was available? Why did you choose not to use them? I used PowerPoint mainly because, it is the best software to do slides on. plus I know how to use it better than any other programme also I have been using it from such a little age so I know how to use it like the back of my hand. The other programme I could of used was word, Prezi and match ware mediator. But I never chose to use them because they cost money and you have to learn to use them from scratch with no help at all.

2.2Which tools within PowerPoint made it appropriate for your presentation? The tools in PowerPoint made my presentation appropriate was: The Text because ; I used a certain font and it was easy to read. Text layout because; It let me put my text where I wanted it. Allow pictures to be pasted; so I could show what I was talking about and make my PowerPoint look nice. Themes; because it make my PowerPoint look nice.

1.7Were there any legal constraints or local constraints that changed the way you created your presentation? (e.g. copyright, file sizes, AUP) There was some illegal constraints that made me change a couple of things. Such as copy right. And File sizes. But I got around it and still managed to make it look amazing and clear to see! Every, image, video, sound, animation that I used with in my PowerPoint presentation I referenced. This was done by putting the name of the elements. Some of the pictures I used were of students and staff, but I had permission to use these.

2.4What improvements do you think you could do to your presentation? The improvements I could do in my presentation are, express my words and sentences. write in paragraphs. And also put some more pictures and videos in showing what the paragraphs are talking about! I also should off added some hyper links to a website showing some more information and pictures about and around what the paragraphs was talking about. I could of reduced the number of slides by putting pictures in the corners and changing the size of the font.

3.2What improvements do you think you could have done to improve your work rate? (keyboard shortcuts, file names & locations, backups, work after school, templates, planning) Yes I could of improved my work rate by, keyboard short cuts by using “ctrl” “c” to copy and “ctrl” “v” to paste. change file names and put them in the correct folder so then they will be easy to find and identify, plus then they will be able to spot and find tem when I need them. Also I should come back to do my work after school to make sure I complete it or re do it. I could plan my PowerPoint before doing it to make it a lot more successful.
