6. 1. Write the date in the Date column. The month and year are only written with the 1 st date on the page. 2. Write the title of the account debited in the Account Title column. 3. Write the debit amount in the Debit column.

7. 4. Write the title of the account credited in the Account Title column. Indent the title. 5. Write the credit amount in the Credit column. 6. Write the Source Document Number on the 1 st line of the entry in the Doc. No. column.
