Focus on a specific community/school level objective Prioritize local data to identify what works and verify with national research and local expertise/experience Identify shared action using data that network can take to move the needle on a community/school outcome (i.e. – policy, practice, training) Develop a plan to implement identified action: – Interim measures to track success – Identification of new/existing resources – Capacity building and training requirements
