12. Goal 5. Shift from getting technical assistance to close international cooperation Statistics has 7 agreements and no sources of cooperation; for 10 years the amount of grants cut by half Inculcation of the standards needs not to reduce but to broaden the cooperation It is planned to hold 3 international seminars within the Program supported from the budget and work on the aggreements conlcuded

13. Modality of implementation Criteria of implementing the activities on coordination will be the adoption of standard acts (on changing AS structure), getting certificates (on quality system) etc. Various budget programs are envisaged on methodology, analysis and relevant control over their implementation On other activities – budget control, as well as control by other Ministries (on IT – AIS; on international cooperation - MIT)

14. Expected results Management improvement: system of quality, system of metadata, taking into account the burden on respondents, shift to a new system of calssification in 2008г. Inculcation of new statistical indicators on 14 modules Annual implementation of NIP(methodology), analytical reports (on about 20 topics) Elaboration and inculcation of 5 informational systems For the first time, holding 3 international seminars on the initiative of Kazakhstan: tourism statistics, classification, enterprises registry

15. Goal achievement Considerable expansion of using basic international standards and recommendations. On this ground increasing the efficiency of the system of statistics, improveming the quality of data and lowering the burden on respondents.
