16 How to make it happen??!! 1.Heads of School to lobby PGDs – put pressure on SHA / Medical Directors 2.Individuals put case to CD / MD citing PMETB / ISCP published guidelines with explicit support from Head of School 3.Lobby to ensure that there is a Board level champion, and use them!
