5. Implementation of EU Floods directive in RS
Serbia is for the time being not a member of the European Union and not obliged to implement the EU Floods directive
New Water law will include provisions of Floods directive i.e. obligations to undertake PFRA, prepare flood maps and FRMPs – currently in Parliament procedure
Deadlines for PFRA, FP and FRMP will not be set in Water law
