Why?  How does Hamlet react to seeing the ghost?  Why doesn’t Horatio want Hamlet to go with the ghost?  How has Horatio’s attitude toward the ghost changed since the first scene?  What qualities of personality does Hamlet show in this scene? (Use textual evidence!)  What does Hamlet resolve to do as the result of the encounter with the ghost?  How does what we learn about Claudius in this scene compare to the man we met in Act I, scene ii?
