We will be open to the public for adoptions and to claim lost pets We will be open to the public for adoptions and to claim lost pets –Tuesday through Friday 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. –Saturday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. –Closed Sunday and Monday. 7 Animal Cruelty Animal Cruelty (misdemeanor charge): Animal Cruelty (misdemeanor charge): – A person commits the offense of cruelty to animals when he/she causes death or unjustifiable physical pain or suffering to any animal by an act, an omission or willful neglect. –Willful neglect means the intentional withholding of food and water required by an animal to prevent starvation or dehydration.

This fee helps to off set the costs we incur for spaying or neutering, vet examination, rabies vaccination, first shots, deworming, and microchipping.
