WHAT IS OIRSA? Established since 1953 (60 years protecting the Agriculture) 9 countries belong to OIRSA by means of law in each country Belize, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama. OIRSA is one of the RPPOs partners to the IPPC
OUR MISSION To facilitate the Regions economic and social development through a high-quality, healthy and environmentally acceptable agricultural production to satisfy the needs of the human population.
