Can you remember… something you need to do today? something you did at school last week? something you need to do before Friday? the date of someone’s birthday in your family? your first day at school? the best lesson ever at school? someone doing something kind to you? a time when you really laughed? a time when you were really upset and sad? when you forgot to do something? when someone made you feel proud?

A Reason to Remember Nearly 10 million soldiers died in World War One That is nearly 300 people dying every minute for four years Almost 30,000 soldiers died in one hour of fighting in World War One in 1916 Over 55 million people died in World War Two Nearly 111 million people have died in wars around the world in the 20 th Century
