1 SP Archive is a solution to the problem with SharePoint list limits, and you can also use SP Archive to create backup copies. With SP Archive you can archive exactly the items and columns you wish. They are archived to a database, and you can select to either keep them in SharePoint too or remove them from the list automatically. SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010 and above (including Office 365 SharePoint Online) + all versions of Microsoft Access and SQL Server. Welcome to the show! Site management – add SharePoint sites to SP Archive, edit them or remove them from SP Archive. Settings – Site Management

4 Settings – List Management www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint The lists that you have added to SP Archive will be displayed here. Add SharePoint lists to SP Archive or remove them from SP Archive.

5 Archive Dialog, List Selection www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint Select which list to archive items from. All lists added to SP Archive will be displayed in the dropdown.

6 Archive Dialog, Fields Selection www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint Uncheck fields that should not be included in the archiving. Select the order of the fields that should be included in the archiving.

7 Archive Dialog, Filter www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint Filter which items should be displayed/archived. Show more or less filter options with the plus and minus buttons.

8 Archive Dialog, Items Selection www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint The (possibly filtered) list items with the selected fields shown in the selected order. All checked items will be archived. Attachments can also be archived

11 Database Choice www.kalmstrom.com SP Archive supports SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 SharePoint Archive to a Microsoft Access or SQL Server database. This screen is shown the first time you archive and when you press the “Archive To” button in the Settings dialog.
