3.  America is the melting pot (or tossed salad) of the world.  Illegal immigrants should have the chance to become citizens.

4.  Need to work on own home- Turf, before going to Foreign Countries.  If Ally is distressed, we WILL go into country with Aid.

5.  No Child Left Behind: Complete overhaul.  Must be about assistance, not penalties.  Also, must keep the backbone of standardized testing, because it allows teachers to see where their students are struggling; allowing her to teach more effectively.  Correlatively, we want to make reforms into what programs money is poured into; to ensure that young scholars know their history and literature as well as their complex equations.

6.  We must regulate the Co2 Emissions from the largest sources.  We also plan to make vigilant efforts to preserve our natural resources and endangered species.  Although off-shore drilling will boost the economy, we must make efforts to keep the environment safe.  Companies will be liable for disasters they caused.

7.  We feel that Social Security should remain untouched because removing it or changing it would only anger American’s and would not greatly affect the deficit  Keep the retirement age at 67  Still give benefits to the disabled, elderly, and survivors.

8. Medicare:  No changes for seniors over 55  Create a voucher based system to provide a fixed amount of money to seniors based income in order for them to buy their own insurance  This fixed amount will increase yearly based on inflation. Medicaid:  Give states a fixed amount of money to distribute  Let the state decide on eligibility and benefits  Grants increase with inflation and population growth

9. HEALTHCARE People who don’t want healthcare should not get it because it’s a waste of money Healthcare is a great idea because many people need it. (Many people can’t afford healthcare.) The Obama healthcare plan should be revised…so that only the people who really need it can have it. People who are able to work should do so and stop depending on the federal government to pay for everything

10.  Nearly everyone has a well-defined position on abortion  We believe that abortion should be banned; however, in one case such as rape the victim should at least have the option.  If it was intentional sex and the person was aware of what he or she was doing, than they should not have the right to an abortion.  An abortion costs a lot of money  Many couples spend years trying to adopt ABORTION

11.  Lower taxes on items of necessity like groceries ect.  Cut senseless spending by the government before deciding you raise taxes on anything or anyone.  Cut senseless spending, but do not reduce spending in a total.  Raise taxes on the more wealthy based on property and income, but still make the middle and lower class responsible. (keep taxes evenly distributed throughout all people.)

12.  Don’t reduce the sale of guns but enhance the system so that the owner is deemed responsible for the gun.  Limit the size of bullets to a clip and also make assault weapons much more rigorous to obtain
