7 Nathan’s curious thoughts prompted him to seek help from others and better manage his time and effort for studying and completing assignments. He never faced academic probation, kept his grades above average, and eventually went on to graduate in a timely manner Sarah’s negative thinking lead to behaviors that reinforced her poor academic performance. Even though she left high school with a 4.1 GPA, she eventually withdrew from UCSD and has not yet re- entered a college or university system Julia’s grades greatly improved with her efforts, her positive thinking lead her to take actions that enhanced her chances of success, she passed all of her courses with B’s or better and eventually graduated from CSUN Where Are They Now?
