2 Key Discussion Points Established in 1989, over the last two decades, the organization has identified children with acute hearing disability whose adversity is compounded by severe economic constraints. While providing hearing aids & other learning materials, the need for formal education at the center is addressed through oral/speech therapy. The organization is run by Mr. L. Devarajan. Trust has several members from the local society. Paid Positions are only technical and non-technical teachers and other assistants. In 1989 the School was established for children with hearing and speech disabilities with a mere children. Higher Secondary recognition; 10 th + ITI; All the facilities provided by the school are free, including food and lodging.

5 General Partner Updates Continues to provide the dedicated educational services and maintaining hostel and feeding for the students staying in the hospitals. Mr. Devarajan has completed the marriage hall to become self-sufficient started booking from August 2012 As of 2013 they have many branches catering to the needs of the School differently-abled and deprived sections of the rural society. 6 Updates for Asha, Seattle Asha Seattle funds for the Teachers’s (non-technical) Salary Experienced Teachers are the critical asset for Jeevan Gnanodaya. Improvement areas: More trained teachers, improving the children/teacher ratio Training to teachers in various new and improved methods of teaching Computer lab / computer based teaching
