2 Standards are typically created within expert domains (ISO layer model). Services are delivered by drawing on a multitude of standards across domains. Better alignment between domains would reduce unintended conflicts and assist convergence. Taking a patient-centric service approach (eHealth services that can follow the patient around Europe) will identify the touch points between domains and address localisation. Servus Patient-centric service approach. Not a new network. Purpose to augment existing networks by making the connections across domains, building on what works for patients.
