2 Fully addressed members’ need:  Developed 44 position papers and proposals to exchange members’ concerns and proposals with the authorities on regulatory issues;  Organized 52 workshops and trainings to help members better understand laws and regulations and share the best practices. More than 1640 members benefited from these workshops despite the attendance limitation. Broaden AICM membership: 7 new members Strengthen Board & Advisory Board leadership: New Chairman, Vice Chairmen, and Broaden Advisory Board members scale; Improve AICM management : new structure proposed; Efficient internal communications: member on line event registration system designed ; Strengthen financial management and cost control: new accounting firm; Shanghai consulting firm enhanced performance as supported by AICM committees; Enhanced AICM visibility: OPT Event, Responsible Care Conference and IYC activities; Launch strategic dialogues with other international and domestic associations: signed MOU with UNITAR on GHS, CPCIC in Tianjin in conjunction with CPCIF; Support ICCA new initiative: JCIA Workshop. 2011 Major Accomplishments
